Clarity first
If a recommendation cannot be explained without a slide of acronyms, it is not ready.
About
Zenaos Solutions is based in Richmond, Tasman, on New Zealand’s South Island. We work with organisations that already run Microsoft 365 and now need cloud, identity and security designed on purpose — with eighteen-plus years of infrastructure, security and professional-services work behind the recommendations.
Who we are
The name is the brief: simplify the journey, and secure it from the start. Too many Microsoft environments are both more complicated and less protected than they need to be — usually because platforms were stood up as projects, not as an operating model.
We sit on the consulting side of the industry. That means scoped work, written recommendations, and hands-on implementation you can see and keep — not a helpdesk queue, and not a lock-in managed service unless that is genuinely what you need.
The principal has spent 18+ years across IT infrastructure, security, private and public cloud, and professional services — including business analysis and project delivery. The work has been with SME and mid-market organisations in New Zealand and internationally, in both private and public sectors: banking, legal, health, construction, education, charity, and comparable regulated and unregulated environments.
Work is delivered remotely across New Zealand and Australia, with the available option of time on site when required.
Zenaos Solutions is principal-led. When a brief needs a specialist skill we do not hold in-house, we work with a small number of independent practitioners under our direction. You still contract with Zenaos. Scope, quality, and handover stay with us.
How we think
If a recommendation cannot be explained without a slide of acronyms, it is not ready.
Microsoft 365 already includes most of the controls you need. We would rather switch them on than sell you another platform.
Every engagement should end with documentation and a tenant your people can administer — not a black box that only we understand.
